Hi, I bridged dATOM from neutron to cosmos and I cannot see my amount in keplr. I would like to get back my dATOM to ATOM stacking but I can't see my balance on keplr. The extension is becoming more slower as more coins are added

First I choose make testnet visible and added tons of testnets but when I search to make a chain visible there is no Pryzm Testnet...what am I doing wrong?
