add refresh button to every coin

there are single refresh button, but in my case it is laggy and heavy for API to refresh all coins often
it can be better to avoid too much API calls, just add single refresh button near every coin in keplr extension coin list

ideally under coin name, under OSMO there is chain name (Osmosis), copy button, and there next to copy button can be refresh button
